MEET OUR TEAM OF INTERIOR DESIGNERS

KRIS TSIAMIS – PRINCIPAL DESIGNER

Over 20 years ago, my career transitioned from finance to studying Interior Design at RMIT, driven by a passion for history, architecture, and art, and a deep appreciation for the impact of beautifully designed homes.

Following graduation, I gained invaluable experience at Mokum Textiles, collaborating with Melbourne's leading Interior Designers, which solidified my expertise in interiors and cultivated strong industry connections.

In 2007, I took the helm at A Blind Pash Interiors (ABP Interiors) where we specialise in crafting tailored solutions for residential interior decoration, design projects, as well as extensive renovations and new builds. We're particularly passionate about fabrics and the art of blending colour and pattern. Our commitment to sourcing from Australian suppliers and manufacturers underscores our dedication to creating distinctive interiors with unique pieces.

Your home is a deeply personal space. With our accomplished team, we specialise in bespoke residential projects across Melbourne, Victoria, and beyond. We are dedicated to excellence and meticulous attention to detail, ensuring each project results in a cherished home designed to stand the test of time. Our mission is to create environments that authentically reflect your lifestyle, preferences, and aspirations.

We cherish the opportunity to get to know you, your family, and your lifestyle needs. It's our attention to detail and understanding of how you want to live that allows us to craft spaces that are uniquely yours.

WHAT OUR CUSTOMERS ARE SAYING

  • After downsizing, we decided to convert our second and third bedrooms into a study room (with a wardrobe) and a sewing room with appropriate cupboards.

Study—A Blind Pash manufactured a built-in wardrobe to my general design, which has hanging space for long and short clothes and drawers at each end. The unit does exactly what I needed, and the finish fits well into my room. Delivery and installation were carried out on the original due date and on budget.

Sewing Room—Blind Pash staff assisted my wife in designing cupboards and workspaces for her sewing/craft room. Again, delivery and installation were carried out on the original due date and on budget.

The workmanship and finish of the units are of top quality. We commend, without hesitation, A Blind Pash to any prospective customer.

Kris is very easy to work with, bringing great ideas to a job -nothing too much hassle. She is great at supplying swatches, be it fabric, tiles, or colour charts, giving the customer a great range to choose from and taking the legwork and stress out of renovating. I have worked with Kris over the years. Whenever I need a change, I phone her, and she’s always friendly and easy-going and brings enthusiasm to the project, however big or small. Professional and thorough with great ideas, I would always defer to Kris.

  • It has been a pleasure working with Kris for the past year. She has helped us transform our home with her brilliant colour and fabric choices. We have done a major bathroom renovation, and Kris helped us every step of the way—we helped choose a builder, tile selection, and colour choices were so simple with Kris to guide us. Highly recommended.
